Q. I don’t know the size of the person I am buying for. If the lingerie I bought doesn’t fit, can I return it for my money back?
A. Provided the clothing item is unused, has all of its tags, and is in the condition in which it was sold to you, you may be eligible to exchange the item for another product or for store credit at the discretion of an on duty manager. Managers are present Monday through Friday, from open until about 4:00 pm. For the health and safety of our customers, we are not able to accept used lingerie for exchange.

Q. I bought a toy from Studio 21 and it doesn’t work/stopped working. Can I return or exchange it?
A.  For your health and safety, no, you can NOT. We do NOT accept returns, and you may NOT exchange it. Due to the nature of these items, it is in violation of public health and safety codes for us to accept the return of this product to our store in any capacity. We do offer to test all toys’ motors prior to final sale, with permission from the customer. We do advise that you accept this offer, to avoid purchasing a defective toy. It is rare that we get in a defective toy, but it is always a possibility. This test also allows our employees to show you how the toy works. Most complaints of defective toys turn out to be simple user errors. If one of our toys does stop working, we do provide warranty information (found on the “Warranty Info” page) for each of our toy manufacturers. We advise you contact the toy manufacturer regarding any technical issues you may face.

Q. Do you rent DVDs?
A.
We do! And we take great pride in our expansive selection of DVDs available for rental and purchase. To rent DVDs with us, you need to sign up for a rental account. The only things required for a rental account are a valid ID and credit card. If you do not wish to use a credit card you may still rent DVDs, but you will be required to put down a cash deposit for the value of the product(s) rented, to be returned to you upon return of our DVDs. Our current rental prices are $0.99 for one night, $2.50 for two nights, $3.50 for three nights, and $4.50 for four nights. You can rent a maximum of up to five DVDs for a maximum of up to four nights. Our late fee is $2.50 for each DVD, for each day that it is late.

Please note that the privacy of our customers is very important to us. As such, know that rental history is not tracked, and that no third party will be given access to any information provided to us in setting up your rental account.

Q. Can I return a DVD that I bought there?
A.
We do accept some exchanges. Exchanges on DVDs are for damaged or defective DVDs only. If the exchange is not for a damaged or defective DVD, the correct assessed rental fee will be deducted from the exchange amount.

Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
A.
Yes, we do! It's as easy as coming in to our store and asking an associate to purchase one. And the best part? The denomination is all up to you!

Q. What's a good vibrator?
A.
We get this question a lot, and it's got quite a lot of possible answers! You see, we offer a wide variety of different toys, some of which may be more suitable for specific purposes than others. If you have questions about a product, or would like a recommendation we do suggest that you come in to the store and ask one of our associates. They all receive ample training to insure that they are able to help our customers choose the perfect products and accessories for their needs.
