VANITY and EGO—1 year warranty with a 10 year replacement guarantee. You must register 2 times, once for the 1 yr and another time for the 10 yr. There is no fee to register. You will receive an email with a 20 digit registration number. The 1 yr program is a replacement with a $10 shipping and handling fee. The 10 yr program allows you to obtain 2 JOPEN products during year 2 thru 11 at a 50% discount from their MSRP price.

Doc Johnson products offer a 90 day warranty, which you may register online at http://www.docjohnson.com/warranty/index/form/I by filling out the provided form.

In the unlikely instance that your Doc Johnson product is defective and you must use the warranty made available to you, you may return your clean product in its original packaging along with your original receipt to the shipping address below.

Please complete the age verification form and include it in your shipment, along with a $15.00 check or U.S. money order made payable to the

to cover shipping and handling. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit your warranty claim.

Limited One Year Warranty

In the event of a manufacturing defect, malfunction of Novel Creations’ products which have a “One Year Warranty” specified on the packaging of such product, Novel Creations agrees to and shall repair or replace the Product at no charge to you.  This limited warranty does not apply to damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN REPAIRS ARE NECESSARY:

In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction of a Novel Creations product under warranty, you should do the following:

Login to www.Novel CreationsUSA.com and click on “register your product” under “product warranty”.  Enter your information there to activate your warranty.  If you do not register your product in this manner, you must retain the box flap on which has the product UPC code, as well as your receipt of purchase.

To return your product for a repair/replacement, please do the following:

1. Call or email customer service info@Novel CreationsUSA.com or 561-750-0741 to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number.  Returned product without an RPA number will not be accepted or processed for warranty.

2. Upon receipt of the RPA number, enclose your product in a sealable plastic bag, together with your receipt and box flap on which the product UPC code (unless you’ve previously registered your product) and send it to us at:

3. Your repaired or replacement product will soon be on the way!

4. You are responsible to pay for shipping the product to us.  We will pay for the shipping back to you.
